The Guarantee:

We're so confident you’ll love The Fertility Reset that if you’re not satisfied for whatever reason, we'll issue you a refund.

There will be no refunds for change of mind or for incorrect purchase.

Eligibility:

In order to be eligible for a refund, you MUST have had access to The Fertility Reset at a minimum of 24 hours and have and be able to show the following:

1. Your proof of purchase of Guide from www.rebeccatallisford.com

2. Completion of the full Guide (verifiable by Rebecca Tallisford).

Refund Request Deadline:

You must lodge your claim within the first 14 days of purchasing Guide. For example, if you purchased Product on 1 March 2024, add 14 days and the date would be 14 March. The refund would need to be lodged on or before the 14th of March for a full refund. No refund requests will be considered if not lodged within the described timeframe.

Miscellaneous:

1. “You”, “Your” and “Yours” for the purposes of this guarantee means the original purchaser of the course.

2. All currency references means US dollars.

3. Rebecca Tallisford reserves the right to verify the validity of all refund claims made. If your claim is assessed as valid, your refund will be paid into your nominated bank account by electronic funds transfer.

4. Rebecca Tallisford has absolute discretion to determine whether Eligibility requirements have been satisfied entitling you to a refund.

5. www.rebeccatallisford.com reserves the right to verify the validity of all claims and disqualify any claimant for tampering with the claim process or for submitting a claim that is misleading or fraudulent. Failure by Rebecca Tallisford to enforce any of its rights at any stages does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

6. Rebecca Tallisford has 60 days to assess refund claims from the complete submission of all related evidence.

7. If a claim is approved, Rebecca Tallisford will make process payment within 30 calendar days of approval.
